Building Half Acre is a real-world project where tools, equipment, and systems are used every day to build and operate a small business property.
From woodworking machines and construction tools to solar power systems and restaurant equipment, this project demonstrates how real tools perform in real conditions over time.

Equipment Categories in the Build
• Woodshop tools and machinery
• Property construction equipment
• Sustainability systems (solar, wind, power management)
• Restaurant equipment and food prep systems
• Property maintenance and infrastructure tools
• Home and living systems used on the property

As the project grows, we are working with equipment partners whose tools and systems help bring the Half Acre property to life. These partners provide equipment used throughout the build and operations of the property.

Crow Hollow Wood Craft is being built as a real working woodshop, so tools are not just part of the story — they’re part of the infrastructure.
This section will feature saws, sanders, layout tools, dust collection, workstations, and the equipment used to build products, fixtures, signs, and custom pieces.

Sawdust & Espresso also depends on the tools and equipment needed to build and operate a small quick-service restaurant.
That includes prep equipment, service systems, POS hardware, workflow tools, and the practical gear needed to keep a fast-moving operation functional and consistent.

We’re interested in tools that hold up in real-world use, not just tools that photograph well.
As the build continues, we’ll be sharing the brands, systems, and equipment that prove themselves through actual work on the property.

As Building Half Acre grows, this page may also feature tools and equipment provided by project partners and sponsors whose products genuinely support the work we’re doing.
Any featured tools will be shown in real use, on a real property, in a real build.
