Become a Founding Supporter of Sawdust & Espresso
Join the Sawdust Syndicate — a small group of early supporters helping us bring Sawdust & Espresso to life from the ground up.
Why We’re Doing This
Some businesses begin with big investors and polished funding rounds.
This one begins the old-fashioned way — with hard work, a clear vision, and people who believe in what we’re building.
The Sawdust Syndicate is our way of inviting a small group of supporters into the story early, while helping us fund the real-world work of turning this idea into a place people can actually visit, enjoy, and remember.
What Founding Supporters Receive
Sawdust Syndicate Preview
Before Sawdust & Espresso officially opens to the public, members of the Sawdust Syndicate will receive exclusive early access to the restaurant during our preview period.
For approximately two months prior to opening day, Syndicate members will be invited to visit the shop and experience the kitchen as we bring it to life.
During this preview phase we will be:
• refining recipes and dialing in the menu
• testing kitchen workflow and preparation times
• training systems and daily operations
• completing inspections and final permits
• continuing to build the woodshop and retail space
The walk-up entrance to the shop will be open during this period, allowing visitors to browse Crow Hollow Wood Craft products while members enjoy early access to the kitchen.
Food service during the preview will be available exclusively to Sawdust Syndicate members.
This period helps us perfect the experience before opening to the public, while giving our earliest supporters a chance to be part of the process.
Members will quite literally be the first customers through the door.
We’re opening the Sawdust Syndicate to a limited number of founding supporters.
Each membership is $100.
Your membership helps cover the real, unglamorous parts of building this place — permits, infrastructure, materials, equipment, and all the in-between expenses that turn a dream into a real business.
This is more than a discount program. It’s a way to become part of the story from the beginning.
Why it matters
Sawdust & Espresso is being built inside an existing shop building on our property, alongside Crow Hollow Wood Craft. That means every improvement helps more than one part of the project: the restaurant, the workshop, and the larger Half Acre story.
When you become a founding supporter, you’re not just backing a business. You’re helping build a place with roots, character, and a real story behind it.
