Building Half Acre is the story of restoring and developing our property in Walla Walla into two connected businesses: Crow Hollow Wood Craft and Sawdust & Espresso. It’s also a documented build series showing the real process behind the work.
The Sawdust Syndicate is our founding supporter program for Sawdust & Espresso. Members help support the build and receive special perks, including custom handmade items, a lifetime discount, and recognition as early supporters of the project.
Yes. Crow Hollow Wood Craft is the artisan woodworking side of the project, and products will be offered online as the shop becomes fully operational. The long-term plan includes both online sales and in-person retail display at the property.
The project is based in Walla Walla, Washington, at the corner of Old Milton Highway and Highway 125.
Yes. Sawdust & Espresso is being designed as a drive-through and walk-up quick-service concept.
